Fierce winds in northwestern areas and along coastal regions November 14

According to the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations, strong winds are expected in northwestern regions of the country on Tuesday, November 14. The National Meteorological and Hydrological Service has issued a red alert warning for the regions of Rijeka, Kvarner and Kvarneric, as well as the Velebit Channel, where gusts of winds between 90 and 145 km/h (55 and 90 mph) are forecast.
Associated transportation disruptions are possible.
