Spain: Hit-and-run in Casetas August 20

Event

A hit-and-run road accident occurred around 09:20 (local time) on Monday, August 20, in Casetas (a suburb of Zaragoza). A vehicle struck a crowd of people on Avenida Logroño near the Bar Avenida, injuring three before fleeing the scene. The driver and a passenger were arrested shortly thereafter. There is currently no indication that the hit-and-run was intentional or an act of terrorism.
