Authorities have issued an all-clear signal at William Peace University (Raleigh, North Carolina) following earlier reports of a possible gunman on the campus on Monday afternoon (local time), December 3. Police have declared that there was no threat of an active shooter on the campus. A heightened security presence is expected in the area over the coming hours.
