Belgium: Climate change protests planned in Brussels March 31 /update 2

The "Rise for Climate Belgium" organization is planning to hold a demonstration in Brussels on Sunday, March 31, to demand action on climate issues. Tens of thousands of people are expected to participate in the rally, which will start at 13:00 (local time) at the Gare Du Nord train station. Localized traffic disruptions are expected around the protest site.

Context

At least 30,000 people participated in a similar demonstration in Brussels on March 15.
