Bulgaria: Warning system test scheduled in several cities on October 1

These locations include Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Bourgas, Kurdzhali, Montana, Pazardzhik, Pleven, Rousse, Smolyan, Vratsa, Stara Zagora, and Galubovo. The test will be issued at 11:00 (local time) to verify its technical operation.

Context

The National Early Warning System is tested twice a year on the first working day of April and October.
