Storms in Poland have left one person dead and 18 others injured as of Tuesday, October 1. Firefighters reportedly made an estimated 6000 trips to assist in cleanup and flooding incidents. Further, power outages have also reportedly affected about 27,000 homes across the country. Rain is expected in some parts of the country on Wednesday, October 2.
Business and transportation disruptions are to be expected over the coming hours as power is restored and floods recede.
