Cambodia: Building collapse leaves two dead in Krong Kep (Kep province) January 3

Two workers were killed and several others were injured when a building collapsed in Krong Kep (Kep province) on Friday, January 3. Several workers remain trapped under the rubble and rescue operations are ongoing as of Friday night (local time).

A heightened security presence and transportation disruptions, such as road closures, are expected in the vicinity of the incident.
