Event
Anti-racism activists plan to hold demonstrations in Lisbon and other cities nationwide on Saturday, June 6, and Sunday, June 7. In Lisbon, protesters plan to assemble at Alameda from 16:45 (local time) on Saturday before proceeding to Praca de Comercio from 17:30. Protests have also been called for in Porto (Norte region) on Saturday, where demonstrators will gather at Cordoaria at 17:00 before marching to join another gathering commencing at Avenida dos Aliados from 18:30. In Braga (Norte region), protesters may gather at Avenida Central from 17:00 on Saturday. In Guimarães, there have been calls for protesters at Largo do Toural from 16:00 on Sunday.
