Afghanistan: IED blast kills civilians in Panjwai (Kandahar) August 13

A roadside improvised explosive device (IED) blast killed four civilians in Panjwai district (Kandahar province) on Thursday morning, August 13. Two others were wounded in the blast. No group immediately claimed responsibility for the blast.

Localized disruptions are possible in the area in the near term.
