Intermittent clashes occurred overnight near the Jibs Gate and 7 April Camp areas south of the capital Tripoli on Friday, October 2, between General Security forces from Zintani and forces from Saraya al-Zawiya. The Joint Force has reportedly intervened to resolve the conflict and has pledged to arrest those responsible. There were no immediate reports of casualties in the clashes.
