Libya: Restrictions implemented following flooding in Al-Bayda November 8

Recent widespread flooding has forced the Al-Bayda (Jabal al Akhdar district) city council to implement restrictions city-wide from Sunday-Monday, November 8-9. The restrictions will apply to various shops and major stores, which will not be permitted to trade during the restriction period. The municipal guard will be deployed from Sunday-Monday to ensure compliance with the measure. 

Further flooding and associated disruptions are likely in the coming days.
