Misrata International Airport (MRA) in Libya has resumed flights as of Jan. 4 following a five-month closure due to maintenance issues. The first flight to Tunis, Tunisia, occurred on Jan. 1; Libyan Wings Airlines has announced that it will operate three flights a week beginning Jan. 11.
