South African utility provider Eskom announced the suspension of Stage-2 load shedding as of Feb. 7 following the recovery of normal power generation capacity. Officials initially scheduled load shedding to occur 1200 Feb. 5-2359 Feb. 7, after heavy rain affected operations at a power plant.
