Travel disruptions are likely along the Fort Portal-Kasese road in Uganda's Western Region following a fuel tanker explosion during afternoon hours, Feb. 12. At least three fatalities have been reported following the incident in which the tanker struck another vehicle. An increased security presence is also likely as emergency operations continue.
