The purpose of the action is to demand the government allocate greater resources to the health sector; the protest is timed to coincide with government budget discussions taking place in Parliament. Participants have gathered at gates on United Nations Boulevard and Calea 13 Septembrie. The action is scheduled to end at 1330. Protesters plan to repeat the action 1100-1330 March 2.
