Andorra maintaining COVID-19 measures as of Aug. 13. Travel and business disruptions remain.

Authorities in Andorra are maintaining measures imposed to combat the spread of COVID-19 as of Aug. 13. Most businesses can operate; however, capacity limits, restricted operating hours, and social distancing mandates stipulating that members of different households keep at least 1.5 meters (5 feet) apart in close public areas remain in effect. Public gatherings are limited to 10 people outdoors and eight people indoors. Facemasks are mandatory in enclosed public spaces.
Although Andorra's borders remain open, foreign visitors must meet travel requirements set by neighboring France and Spain to reach the country. Tourists staying in Andorra for three days or more must possess a certificate of vaccination against or recovery from COVID-19, or evidence of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before arrival or an antigen test taken within the 48 hours before arrival. French, Spanish, and Portuguese nationals are exempt from this requirement, as are travelers from government-designated "green" countries. For the complete list of green countries, click here.
Authorities could reimpose, extend, further ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
