Power outages are possible in the Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey area of Phnom Penh Sept. 24, 26. Electricite du Cambodge (EDC), a state-owned electricity company, has scheduled repair works on power lines, which may result in electricity disruptions. The repair works are planned for 08:00-16:00 Sept. 24 and 08:00-13:00 Sept. 26. Additional, unplanned outages are possible during the maintenance period.

Temporary commercial and communications disruptions during power outages are likely; cellular and mobile services could be affected. Traffic disruptions and longer driving times are possible during these periods due to malfunctioning traffic signals.
