Event
Police are investigating an explosion at the Digida restaurant on Waliggo Road in the Komamboga area of Kampala late Oct. 23. Reports indicate at least two people were killed in the blast and more than a dozen were injured. Traffic has reportedly been blocked in the area. The cause of the explosion remains unclear.
