Andorra: Authorities maintaining COVID-19 related restrictions as of Nov. 11 /update 14
Andorra maintaining COVID-19 measures as of Nov. 11. Travel and business disruptions remain.
Event
Authorities in Andorra are maintaining measures imposed to combat the spread of COVID-19 as of Nov. 11.
Domestic Measures
Most businesses can operate; however, capacity limits, restricted operating hours, and social distancing mandates stipulating that members of different households keep at least 1.5 meters (5 feet) apart in close public areas remain in effect. Public gatherings are limited to 20 people outdoors and 10 people indoors. Facemasks are mandatory in enclosed public spaces.
Travel Restrictions
Although Andorra's borders remain open, foreign visitors must meet travel requirements set by neighboring France and Spain to reach the country. Tourists staying in Andorra for three days or more must possess a certificate of vaccination against or recovery from COVID-19, or evidence of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before arrival or an antigen test taken within the 48 hours before arrival. French, Spanish, and Portuguese nationals are exempt from this requirement, as are travelers from government-designated "green" countries, which includes the UK and all EU members. Authorities could reimpose, extend, further ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
