Participants are gathering at Mont des Arts, near the Central Train Station, from 13:00 and will march around the city center, passing through Palace of Justice of Brussels and the Cathedral of Saint Michael and Saint Gudula. The rally is planned to end around 16:00. Events associated with the rally, including a public speech and a concert, are also scheduled to take place through 17:00 in central Brussels.
