Ireland: Farmers to rally in central Dublin Nov. 21

The Irish Farmers' Association plans to lead a rally in central Dublin Nov. 21 to denounce government policies which they argue are harming the agricultural sector. Participants will gather at Merrion Square from 10:00 before taking part in a procession through the city; the exact route has not currently been confirmed. Due to increasing COVID-19 infection rates in Ireland, organizers are scaling down the event to consist of around 50 tractors and a limited number of representatives taking part in the march.

Additional police will almost certainly deploy to monitor and facilitate the action.
