Fiji's National Disaster Management Office issued a public advisory late Jan. 15 in response to a volcanic eruption at Hunga-Tonga-Hunga-Ha'pai in Tonga. Officials are advising that persons near low-lying coastal areas stay out of the water and away from the shore due to strong currents and dangerous waves.
