Security services are responding to a reported armed robbery and possible hostage situation at the Apple store in Amsterdam's Leidseplein area durinig the evening of Feb. 22. Police have deployed to the scene in large numbers and have reportedly instructed persons in the immediate vicinity to remain indoors. Police have are yet to confirm the full nature of the incident as of 18:40.
