Domestic Measures
Most businesses and services are operating subject to social distancing and capacity limits. Masks remain mandatory in enclosed public spaces and crowded outdoor spaces.

International Travel Restrictions

In order to be considered fully vaccinated, 10 days must have elapsed since the traveler receive the final dose of the vaccine. Exemptions from the quarantine rule are in place for certain classes of individuals, including those aged 12 years or under, persons who are in transit and remaining in Romania for less than 24 hours, diplomats, and aircrew members, among others. All travelers must submit a Passenger Locator Form (PLF) within 72 hours prior to arrival; to access the PLF click here.

Authorities could reimpose, extend, further ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
