Ukraine: Russian missile strike on Lviv results in power outages late May 3

Event

At least four Russian missiles struck the western city of Lviv late May 3 damaging three electrical substations and leaving parts of the city without electricity. Some water supply outages have also been reported. Moreover, several trains slated to arrive in Lviv from other areas of Ukraine have been delayed by several hours due to the power outages resulting from the attack.

There have as yet been no official reports of casualties; however, authorities are urging residents to remain indoors. Emergency services are continuing their response to the attack. Further details are unavailable.
