Reports indicate that at least 13 missiles struck the Kanotovo airfield and railway infrastructure, near Kropyvnytskyi, Kirovohrad Region, early July 23. Initial reports suggest that at least three people have died and nine others were wounded. Authorities stated that an electricity substation was also affected, resulting in power outages in a district in Kropyvnytskyi. The official casualties count may rise in the coming hours.
