Bulgaria amends COVID-19-related facemask rules nationwide until Aug. 31; no other measures in effect.
Event
Bulgarian authorities have amended the COVID-19-related domestic facemask rules. Facemasks are no longer required on public transport but remain mandatory in healthcare facilities nationwide. This measure is in place until at least Aug. 31. Most other COVID-19-related measures and restrictions have been lifted.
Authorities may increase restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
