Cameroon: Unions call on public health personnel to strike nationwide Aug. 16

Two unions representing health personnel at public hospitals have called for a nationwide strike Aug. 16 over various grievances, including poor salaries and working conditions and a lack of resources. Union officials announced that a minimum level of services would be guaranteed.
