Activists affiliated with the Seven Party Alliance will protest outside Dhaka's Bangladesh National Museum Sept. 30 to demand an end to the government’s alleged nationwide repression, among other things. The event may draw hundreds of participants.

Authorities will likely monitor the demonstration and may attempt to disperse the gathering if it is especially disruptive. Clashes between activists and police, as well as counterdemonstrators, are possible. Localized transport disruptions are likely, especially if protesters march along and/or block nearby roadways, such as Shahbagh Road and Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue.
