Disruptions to operations at Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB) in Cebu, Philippines are possible through the morning of Oct. 24 after an Air Korean (KE) A330 crash-landed early Oct. 24. It is unclear whether there were any injuries. The Korean Air flight KE631 apparently overshot the runway following two attempts to land due to heavy rain and poor visibility.

Authorities at CEB have reportedly diverted some flights to Francisco Bangoy International Airport (DVO).
