Groups of motorcyclists are protesting near Ernesto Cortissoz International Airport (BAQ) in Barranquilla early Nov. 29 to demand a discount when obtaining the Compulsory Traffic Incident Insurance (Seguro Obligatorio de Accidentes de Transito, SOAT). Protesters are blocking Calle 30, the main road that leads to the airport.
