Government lifting COVID-19-related measures in Eswatini as of Nov. 9.

Event

As of Nov. 9, the government has removed all COVID-19 restrictions on domestic and international travel. The country is at Adjusted Risk Level 0. Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result are no longer required for entry. The wearing of face masks is no longer mandatory. Persons who have tested positive for COVID-19 are advised to self-isolate for the recommended quarantine period and wear a face mask when in public.

Authorities could reintroduce, ease, or otherwise amend restrictions at any time based upon disease activity. Additional restrictions are possible in response to security-related developments.
