Approximately 50 people remain trapped in the building and 30 others are injured; the casualty count may rise in the coming hours. The blaze started at around 23:40 Dec. 28. Reports indicate that the building has sustained extensive damages due to the incident. The cause of the fire is unclear. Emergency personnel are responding to the incident but have yet to put out the fire.
