Uganda energy provider announces resumption of power nationwide as of Dec. 1. Residual disruptions possible.

The Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited announced that power has been fully restored as of Dec. 1 following an approximate three-hour nationwide outage late Nov. 30. The exact cause of the blackout remains unclear.
