Thousands of cyclists are currently taking part in a bicycle rally in Berlin June 4. Cyclists plan to converge on Grosser Stern (Victory Column) for a rally 14:00. Road closures are in effect through at least 15:00. Previous events have drawn up to 20,000 participants.
