Ecuador: Protesters cause traffic disruptions in Esmeraldas July 4

Residents affected by recent floods are blocking Highway 15 (Ruta E15) in Esmeraldas July 4 to demand government aid. Protesters have blocked the highway in the La Tolita area in southern Esmeraldas. Highway 15 connects Esmeraldas and Atacames.
