The South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL) plans to close a section of the N1 highway between Rigel Avenue and the R21 interchange in southern Pretoria, July 22-23. The closure is due to planned road upgrades. SANRAL has advised motorists to make use of the R21 as an alternative route. The N1 will be closed on the following dates and times:
