Motorcyclists plan to hold a convoy protest in London, Aug. 20. The primary meeting point for the start of the action is ACE Cafe, located on North Circular Road. Participants will gather there from 10:00, depart by 11:15, ride in convoy to join the M25 London Orbital motorway, ride south, and then leave the M25 at Junction 9 to join the A24 road. Participants will head to Rykas Cafe car park, located in Boxhill, Surrey, immediately southwest of London, for a rally at 12:30. The action is to denounce the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ), which will force motorcyclists to pay a daily fee based on their vehicle emissions.
