Clashes between students of the Institut Superieur Pedagogique et Technique (ISPT) and the Institut Technique Industriel (ITI) de la Gombe have been reported in the Gombe area of Kinshasa, early Oct. 2. The motive for the unrest is unclear, though student rivalries appear relatively common; reports suggest security forces have made arrests.
