Authorities were reportedly alerted to the first shooting at a car park at around 07:15, where they found a woman with a fatal gunshot wound; minutes later, gunfire killed a man and injured a woman at a second location. Police arrested the suspect in the nearby Saint-Leonard area at around 15:43. Authorities did not immediately specify a motive for the shooting incidents but said that the suspect apparently knew those shot.
