Anti-fascist activists plan to demonstrate in Szell Kalman Square, Budapest from 14:30 Feb. 10. Protesters will denounce the commemoration of the "Day of Honor" by perceived right-wing groups including the Hungarian Legion (Legio Hungaria). It is likely that several hundred will take part, based on previous years' events.
Heightened security and localized transport disruptions are likely near the demonstration site. Low-level clashes are possible between protesters, law enforcement officers, and participants in the "Day of Honor".
Avoid the affected area as a standard precaution. Allow additional time if traveling in central Budapest. Strictly heed all instructions from law enforcement officers. Immediately depart the area at the first sign that any security disturbance may occur.
