Greece: Authorities cancel planned April 9 air traffic controller strike /update 1

Authorities canceled a planned strike by unionized air traffic control (ATC) personnel scheduled for 08:00-12:00 April 9 after a court ruled the labor action illegal. The strike, planned by workers affiliated with the Air Traffic Controllers Association of Greece (EEEKE), was meant to demand improved working conditions following the death of an ATC worker while on duty.
