About 16 civil society groups, including the NGO Repubblika, are demonstrating in central Valletta on the evening of May 16 to condemn the central government's alleged fraud and other acts of misconduct. Activists planned to assemble at the Old Opera House at 18:30 before marching to the Great Siege Square, where a vigil will occur.
