France: Protest outside Paris 2024 Olympics Organizing Committee headquarters in Paris, June 6

Rally at the Paris 2024 Olympics Organizing Committee headquarters on Rue Proudhon in Saint-Denis, Paris, France, on June 6.

Warning

Pro-Palestinian groups, including EuroPalestine, plan to protest outside the Paris 2024 Olympics Organizing Committee headquarters on Rue Proudhon in Saint-Denis on June 6. Protesters will call for Israel's exclusion from the Olympic Games, which will be held in Paris. Attendance at the demonstration could range from several hundred to the low thousands.

Authorities will almost certainly deploy additional police to monitor the gathering. Large crowds and related security measures could prompt localized disruptions. The nearby Front Populaire Metro station could experience increased congestion as protesters arrive and depart the gathering. Widespread violence is not anticipated, but low-level confrontations between police and protesters cannot be entirely discounted. Any violence would pose an incidental risk to bystanders.

Avoid all protests as a standard precaution. Allow additional time if traveling near the protest site. Strictly heed all instructions from law enforcement officers.
