Activist groups plan to protest at the Constitutional Court on Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra in Belgrade from 08:00 July 11. The purpose of the demonstration is to denounce a mine construction plan, as well as to condemn the recent arrest of several environmental activists who were protesting the project. It remains unclear how many participants may attend.
Heightened security and localized transport disruptions are likely near the protest site. Low-level confrontations between demonstrators and law enforcement officers cannot be ruled out.
