Activists plan to march from Oskar-Morgenstern-Platz to Platz der Menschenrechte in Vienna from 17:00-19:00 Aug. 2. The purpose of the demonstration is to denounce alleged police aggression against participants of a previous pro-Palestine demonstrations. Participants will gather at Oskar-Morgenstern-Platz at 17:00 before departing around 17:45. Approximately 100 attendees are expected to take part in the demonstration.

Heightened security and localized transport disruptions are likely along the march route. Low-level confrontations between demonstrators and law enforcement officers, frustrated motorists, or opposed individuals cannot be ruled out.

Allow additional time if traveling near the march route. Strictly heed all instructions from law enforcement officers. Immediately depart the area at the first sign that any security disturbance may occur.
