Activists affiliated with the National Alliance Party are protesting at the Palace of Culture and Sports late Aug. 23. The purpose of the demonstration is to denounce plans to convert the Palace of Culture and Sports into a memorial commemorating a Jewish cemetery formerly present at that site. It was not immediately clear how many participants may be attending.
