Civil society activists to demonstrate in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, from 18:00 Sept. 15; localized disruptions possible.
Civil society activists plan to protest at the Municipality Buildings, Plovdiv, 18:00 Sept. 15. Attendees will call for a "Bulgaria for All", and demand increased rights for individuals and for minorities. It is possible that several hundred people may attend the event.
