The procession will move along the Champs-Elysees to the Arc de Triomphe 16:00-18:00, after which a celebratory ceremony and concert will take place into late in the evening. Public figures including President Emmanuel Macron will attend the proceedings. Authorities will limit access to the event area to ticketholders. Organizers expect approximately 40,000 attendees.
