Authorities are responding to a Russian missile attack in Odesa as of afternoon Sept. 20. Debris from the missile reportedly resulted in damage to the Port of Odesa and nearby infrastructure. Four people were injured. Officials may revise the casualty count as the emergency response continues. It was not immediately clear whether the missile reached the ground; however, smoke was reportedly seen rising from the explosion area from other parts of the city.
